  1、食材:培根100g、蘆筍250g、黃彩椒半個、蟹腿菇100g;

  2、培根從中切開切成細條,彩椒切成細條,蘆筍取前端部分,蘑菇洗淨分開,蘆筍和蘑菇焯水;

  3、焯過的蘆筍快速浸入涼水中;

  4、将培根片鋪平,蘆筍尖、蘑菇和彩椒條并排放在培根上,将培根從一端卷起,将蔬菜包裹住,再用牙簽定型;

  5、平底鍋内倒入橄露橄榄油,将培根卷放入鍋内小火煎至表面金黃色;

  6、裝盤時抽去牙簽即可。
