  1、材料:草蝦1.5斤、蒜蓉2湯匙、酒2湯匙、豆豉少許。

  2、草蝦剪去頭長須,用牙簽抽去腸泥洗淨。

  3、将蝦放入盤中,加酒和蒜蓉、豆豉拌勻,淋在蝦上。

  4、将蝦放入電飯鍋中蒸熟,或用微波爐微波8分鐘。
