  1、黃魚去鱗,洗幹淨,打斜刀。

  2、鍋中放油,倒入黃油,小火煎至兩面金黃。

  3、倒入蔥段,蒜瓣,八角,幹辣椒,姜片。

  4、加入老抽,生抽,料酒,水,鹽,白砂糖,攪拌均勻,大火收汁。

  5、簡單的紅燒小黃魚就做好啦!
