  1、梅頭肉肥瘦分開切丁300克、西紅市 3個、雞蛋2個、醬油勺、蚝油一勺、老幹媽一勺、八角一個、鹽4克、醋1小勺、糖25克、姜3片、蒜2瓣。

  2、做法:梅肉肥的切丁,炒出油。然後倒入瘦肉丁、老幹媽辣椒醬,八角,醬油,蚝油,5克白糖,鹽,姜片,蒜瓣,翻炒香後倒水焖煮20分鐘即可。
