  1、原材料:排骨350克,紅棗50克,綠豆50克,姜10克,清水1200克,調味料:鹽5克,雞精3克,糖1克。

  2、将排骨斬件汆水,紅棗洗淨,姜切片,綠豆洗淨待用。

  3、洗淨鍋上火,放入清水、排骨、姜片、綠豆、紅棗,大火燒開轉中火煲45分鐘調味即成。
