  1、食材:雞1500g,沙姜适量,大蒜适量,醬油适量,鹽适量。

  2、雞洗淨,瀝水,用鹽抹勻雞身,雞腔,用醬油腌。

  3、沙姜拍扁,和大蒜一起放于電飯煲中,取一兩根大蒜放于雞腔内,雞放進電飯煲,醬油也倒進去。

  4、按煮飯功能鍵,待電飯煲自動跳至保溫即可。
