  1、原料:白菜泡菜、豬肉各200克,芝蔗、大蔥、植物油、蒜泥、香油、鹽、香油各适量。

  2、将白菜泡菜擠去汁液,切成4小片;豬肉切薄片,加蒜泥、鹽、香油、芝麻攪拌入味;大蔥斜切成長段。

  3、鍋中注油燒熱,下入調好味的豬肉片炒至變白,放入泡菜略炒,加水、蔥段,中火加蓋焖15分鐘即可。
