  1、主料:五花肉适量。輔料:青紅椒、蔥、姜、蒜各适量。調料:鹽、白糖、醋、生抽、高湯精、花椒、麻椒、幹辣椒各适量。

  2、将五花肉切成薄片,青紅椒切成塊備用。

  3、坐鍋點火倒入油,下花椒、麻椒炸香,加入五花肉煸炒,放入幹辣椒繼續煸炒,再加入蔥、姜、蒜煸炒片刻,加鹽、料酒、醬油、高湯精調味,放入青紅椒翻炒至熟,出鍋前加少許醋即可。
