  1、面粉分次加水,揉成面團,靜置5分鐘。鍋中燒水,放入玉米粒,煮好後撈出。

  2、豬肉末中加入蔥花、味精、糖、麻油、玉米粒,用手抓勻。面團分劑子,擀成餃子皮,包入肉餡。

  3、鍋中燒油,放入餃子,加水。雞蛋、鹽混合打散,倒入餃子中,撒上白芝麻、蔥花即可。
