  1、北豆腐1盒、豬肉餡100克、青椒2隻、紅辣椒少許、蒜2瓣、姜2片、生抽2大匙、糖半匙、料酒1大匙、鹽适量、油少許。

  2、做法:将豆腐切片,用沸水稍煮(去除豆腐中的豆腥味),撈出瀝幹待用。蒜剁茸,姜切粒,青椒去籽去筋洗淨切塊待用,紅辣椒切碎待用。

  3、鍋燒熱,下油,将肉餡放入炒散,下蒜茸、姜粒和紅辣椒碎:下料酒和生抽和适量水:将豆腐放入,用炒勺輕輕推散,不要過分翻炒:放入青椒塊,放入鹽、糖:豆腐炒至兩面金黃即可。
