油炸糯米糍的做法步驟

  1、準備材料:糯米粉500g、白糖180g、沸騰的熱開水320ml、芝麻适量、植物油适量;

  2、把糯米粉放入盆中,中間挖個坑把白糖倒進去,加入沸騰的開水趁熱攪拌均勻,待到不燙手的時候揉搓光滑 用保鮮膜覆蓋靜至10分鐘;

  3、搓成大小差不多的團子,手沾點水搓糯米團子裹芝麻,鍋中倒入植物油中小火燒至四五成熱,放入裹好芝麻的糯米團子油炸,來回輕輕翻動确保顔色均勻,撈出晾涼控油即可。
