  1、食材:雞肉500克,水300克,姜20克,菌菇湯包50克。

  2、把菌菇包打開,然後用溫開水泡發;

  3、然後把雞肉清洗,起鍋燒水,冷水下鍋,然後煮開焯水撈出;

  4、起砂鍋, 把雞肉,菌菇食材,姜片,加入清水沒過食材就可以了;

  5、之後蓋鍋起火,調至小火慢炖1個小時;

  6、加入調料,放入食鹽調味道再煮1分鐘;

  7、最後出鍋前放入自己喜歡的蔥花就可以盛出來放涼就可以喝了。
