  1、冬瓜去皮去瓤切大塊。

  2、蝦仁用清水沖洗幹淨瀝幹備用。

  3、香菜洗淨切小段。

  4、鍋中放少許油,油熱後放入冬瓜翻炒均勻。

  5、倒入一碗清水沒過冬瓜,水沸後放入蝦仁,焖煮8-15分鐘。

  6、加少許鹽調味即可出鍋。
