  3、什錦泡菜。配方:圓白菜、蒜苔、蔥頭、青筍、黃瓜、鮮紅辣椒、扁豆、嫩姜、大蒜各250g,幹辣椒100g,花椒100g,老姜100g,食鹽150g,白酒40g。

  4、醬八寶菜。配方:黃瓜1000g,藕、豆角800g,紅豆400g,花生米300g,栗子仁200g,核桃仁100g,100g(以上原料應先行腌制好)黃醬2000g,糖色100g,醬油1000g。
