  1、杏鮑菇、豬瘦肉、食用油、鹽、蚝油、雞精、料酒、蔥、姜備用。

  2、杏鮑菇洗淨切片;大蔥切段;生姜切片;

  3、豬瘦肉切片加料酒、鹽、少許水、生粉抓勻抓透(這樣做肉會更嫩些),腌制半小時;

  4、鍋中倒入油燒熱,下入肉片溜炒,随即放入蔥段和姜片繼續翻炒;

  5、肉片有七成熟時倒入杏鮑菇翻炒;

  6、等杏鮑菇縮身後加入蚝油、少許鹽、雞精炒勻即可。
