  1、小白菜??洗淨,綽水,放涼水投涼,切碎後,把水份拽幹。

  2、放香油拌一下。

  3、鍋裡放油把雞蛋炒散。熱鍋涼油。

  4、鍋裡放油,放蔥花,切碎的鮮香菇,加生抽。

  5、盛出香菇,把這三種食材混合一起,加五香粉,鹽,餡就調好了。

  6、包好的餃子間隔擺放在蒸屜上(抹一層油),上汽後蒸10分鐘。
