  1、原料:粉腸半斤、紅椒4個、青蒜苗幾條、适量蚝油、醬油、料酒、鹽各适量。

  2、買回來的粉腸,用生粉或者白面揉搓洗淨。

  3、粉腸切段備用。

  4、青蒜苗切段、辣椒切塊備用。

  5、鍋中熱油下腸段爆幹水分。

  6、加入醬油、料酒、少許鹽炒至斷生。

  7、加入辣椒塊、青蒜苗炒熟後加入适量蚝油翻炒均勻就可以了。
