  1、五花肉75公克,金針花150公克,蒜頭2粒,辣椒1支,豆豉少許,高湯30㏄,鹽1小匙,米酒1大匙,糖1/2小匙,香油1小匙

  2、五花肉洗淨切細條;蒜頭洗淨切末;辣椒洗淨切絲,備用。

  3、熱一鍋,放入适量的油,放入作法1的所有材料、高湯、豆豉及所有調味料,拌炒均勻即可。
