  1、豬肝切片,可以略為切得厚一些,泡水2小時去掉髒物,炒制前加鹽、雞精、料酒、生粉各小勺抓勻。

  2、老姜母洗淨表面切成細絲。鍋中放适量麻油,再下姜絲爆香。下抓好粉的豬肝快速翻炒,豬肝表面變色後再翻炒秒即可。最後先關火,下适量鹽和雞精碼味。
