  1、準備食材:金毛菜、蒜瓣30g、松花蛋鹹鴨蛋各一枚、火腿50克。

  2、火腿切成菱形,蒜瓣、松花蛋和鹹鴨蛋切成丁。雞毛菜焯水後撈出,起鍋熱油,下入蒜末,雞毛菜煸香後加入兩克鹽,翻炒後撈出。

  3、然後鍋内留滴油,下入蒜丁、鹹鴨蛋丁,鴨蛋炒至冒泡後加入開水,下入松花蛋丁、火腿丁。湯汁濃厚後加入6克雞精,3克味精,成盤撈出即可。
