酸甜可口的青梅醬的做法步驟:

1、青梅若幹,洗淨後表面劃幾刀,放水加2小勺鹽浸泡3小時,把水倒掉;

2、重新加入水沒過青梅,加少許鹽,大火煮開後轉小火3分鐘,關火;過冷水,冷卻青梅;

3、青梅倒入鍋中,加冰糖,大火煮至糖融化,轉小火熬煮;邊煮邊用木勺不停攪拌,可嘗味道,如果太酸可再往裡加糖;

4、煮至青梅肉成果醬的稠度,即可關火。

5、用筷子将青梅核夾出;

6、稍稍放涼,趁青梅醬還熱的時候裝入玻璃瓶中蓋緊倒扣,涼透入冰箱存放。
