  1、食材:蛋黃30g,黑白淡奶油20,椰漿20,白砂糖15g,奶粉7g,黃油15g。

  2、蛋黃上噴上白酒,放進烤箱烤至流油。

  3、白砂糖,蛋黃,奶粉,黑白淡奶油,黃油,椰漿用料理棒打勻。

  4、裝入裱花袋擠入模具中,放冰箱凍硬即可。
