家常焖黃花魚

  1、黃花魚去鱗開膛洗淨,擦幹水分;

  2、魚身切花刀,用鹽塗抹全身及内腔,腌制半小時;

  3、豬肉切絲備用;

  4、熱鍋放入植物油,油熱後将蔥、姜末放入,煸炒出香味,豬肉絲下鍋翻炒,斷生;

  5、加入黃酒、醋、鹽、糖、老抽、水煮開;

  6、将腌制過的魚放入,蓋上鍋蓋,中小火焖制20分鐘旺火收湯即可。
