  1、材料:芥菜絲150g、五花肉片30g。配料:幹紅辣椒3個、花椒适量、油适量。

  2、芥菜疙瘩洗淨去皮,切細絲,然後用清水多洗幾次。

  3、用油起鍋,爆香辣椒和花椒。

  4、放入五花肉煸炒至熟。

  5、芥菜絲倒入鍋内繼續翻炒至芥菜絲變軟,即可出鍋盛盤。
