  1、将鲷魚切片,豆腐切小塊,竹筍、紅蘿蔔切絲,蒜頭壓成泥備用。

  2、鑄鐵鍋内放入筍絲、紅蘿蔔絲、豆腐、姜片加水至1/3鍋。

  3、将蝦背部剪開并去腸泥,豆腐切片,蒜頭、辣椒切成末備用。

  4、将蒜茸蒸蝦調味料蒜末、辣椒末調勻後均勻淋在蝦上。

  5、蝦子放在專用蒸架内,再移至鑄鐵鍋上方,蓋鍋以中小火加熱至沸騰,轉小火續煮5分鐘後熄火。

  6、打開鍋蓋開火,續将鲷魚片、毛豆、鲷魚豆腐羹調味料煮滾,加入太白粉水,調勻,熄火即可享用。
