  1、材料:雞蛋兩個、尖椒兩個、豆瓣醬三勺、鹽适量、蝦皮10克、五香粉半勺、蔥花一勺、食用油一勺。

  2、尖椒洗淨切碎放入盆中加入豆瓣醬蔥花。

  3、打入雞蛋。

  4、放入五香粉蝦皮适量食用油。

  5、攪拌均勻。

  6、上蒸鍋蒸熟即可。
