青椒炒刀豆的做法步驟

  1、原料:刀豆200克,青椒30克,植物油10克,味精及鹽各适量。

  2、刀豆去筋,洗淨,切成約一寸長;青椒洗淨,去蒂,去籽,切成斜刀塊;

  3、鍋燒紅,放入刀豆,幹炒至豆角變軟,起鍋裝碗待用(注意掌握火候,不能讓刀豆燒焦,可少量灑水);

  4、将鍋洗淨,再次将鍋燒紅,将油放入鍋中,再放入青椒,翻炒成六、七成熟,再加入已炒待用的刀豆,翻炒至将九成熟,放入鹽和味精再翻炒均勻即可出鍋裝盤。
