姜切絲,大蔥切絲放入清水中浸泡;

草魚洗淨,放入鹽半勺、胡椒粉1克、料酒1勺抹勻,放入蔥、姜絲腌制5分鐘;

放入草魚蒸制6分鐘,關火焖2分鐘,取出倒出多餘湯汁;

去掉蔥、姜絲,重新放上蔥絲,淋上蒸魚豉油;

燒至油溫7成熱,熱油淋在魚身上即可。
