主料:帶皮豬五花肉500克,青蒜苗250克。

輔料:蔥花,醬油,花生油,鹽,料酒,味精各适量。

将帶皮豬五花肉洗淨,下入開水鍋中煮至八成熟,撈出晾涼切成厚片;青蒜苗洗淨切小段備用。

炒鍋注油燒熱,下入蔥花爆鍋,倒入肉片翻炒至卷縮,加入青蒜苗、醬油、鹽、料酒、味精翻炒幾下,出鍋即可。
