拿大盤,把糯米放進去之後倒入清水泡發糯米兩個小時;

把豬肉調好餡料,豬肉剁碎,放入姜蔥,臘腸,香菇,糯米;

再放入調味料,生抽,耗油,食鹽,十三香,生粉,雞蛋,然後順時針攪拌均勻;

然後把糯米加點臘腸丁攪拌均勻;

把豬肉餡壓成丸子,然後裹上一層糯米;

起鍋煮水,水開後放入鍋裡蒸10分鐘,至熟;

然後出鍋前撒點蔥花就可以了。
