  1、帶殼新鮮花生放在清水裡浸泡10分鐘,反複搓揉幾次,洗淨花生表面的泥沙。

  2、将洗幹淨的花生放在煮鍋裡,加入1000ml清水(沒過花生),灑入1湯匙鹽,拌勻後浸泡20分鐘。

  3、大火燒開後,轉中火煮30分鐘,煮好的花生再浸泡1-2小時,倒在籃子裡濾幹水分,即可開吃。
