鲫魚怎麼吃營養又美味

紫蘇烤魚:紫蘇10克、鲫魚1條、粗鹽5克、橄榄油2湯匙、黑胡椒5克。

做法:

(1)魚刮鱗去腮,剔除内髒,将魚清洗幹淨魚身對剖,内外拭幹水分。

(2)用粗鹽和黑椒碎均勻塗擦魚身兩面,将魚放置擱架上,腌制入味,烤盤墊張錫紙,錫紙刷油,腌制後的魚逐條鋪入烤盤中。

(3)紫蘇葉碎片撒入烤盤,烤箱預熱200度,将烤盤放入,将魚烤至香酥金黃時取出.
