步驟;選用鮮嫩的金花菜,清洗幹淨,瀝幹水;将炒鍋置大火上燒熱,倒入植物油,待油熱至冒煙時倒入金花菜速炒幾下;加精鹽、料酒、白糖,炒至金花菜色變深;油亮時加入味精,炒勻即出鍋裝盤,上桌供食。
