  1、原料:滑子菇500克、五花肉200克、紅辣椒30克、蒜苗20克、姜10克、蔥15克、蔥15克、蒜頭10克;

  2、調料:鹽5克、味精3克、雞精6克、紅油12克、香油4克、高湯少許、辣醬10克、香辣醬15克、蚝油3克、料酒8克;

  3、滑子菇洗淨,五花肉洗淨、切片,紅辣椒洗淨、去蒂切碎,蔥擇洗淨、切段,蒜去皮、切片,蒜苗洗淨、切段,墊入幹鍋底部待用;

  4、鍋中注入開水燒開,放入滑子菇焯燙,撈出瀝水,鍋内燒油,将五花肉慢水煸香,出油後下紅辣椒、蒜片、辣椒醬、香辣醬翻炒至紅亮色;

  5、再下滑子菇、蚝油、鹽、味精、雞精,烹入料酒,摻入高湯、蔥段,旺火收汁,淋上紅油、香油,裝入墊有蒜苗葉的幹鍋内,上酒精爐即可。
