  1、粉絲泡軟,大蒜剁成蒜蓉。

  2、洗淨貝殼,隻留下一面殼,取出貝肉,洗淨泥沙。

  3、先來調點汁:熱鍋放油,油熱後,爆香蒜蓉,然後加入适量生抽、鹽,調成汁。

  4、扇貝洗好後放在盤裡,把泡軟的粉絲和爆好的蒜蓉放在貝肉上,再在上面撒上一些青椒和紅椒。蒸鍋裡的水沸騰後旺火蒸5分鐘即可。

  5、出鍋後淋上些許熱油,味道更好。
