  1、雞肉半隻、花生油一杯、生抽一杯。

  2、家傳三杯雞的做法:将油、生抽、米酒、香料酒(或八角)放入鍋中煮沸。

  3、把洗幹淨瀝幹水的半隻雞放入鍋中,蓋上鍋中火煮一分鐘。雞肉翻面,小火焖5分鐘。

  4、再翻動雞肉兩面,拿勺子舀調料搽勻雞肉(特别是雞翅内側部分)。全程共用小火焖15~20分鐘,雞熟斬塊上碟。
