  1、原料:白蘿蔔絲200克,熟雞蛋黃粒50克,粉絲适量,清湯、料酒、鹽、味精、澱粉各适量。

  2、做法:白蘿蔔洗淨,焯水後拍上澱粉,再入沸水中稍燙即撈出;粉絲燙熟,加鹽、味精調味。鍋置火上,放入清湯、料酒、白蘿蔔絲、熟雞蛋黃粒燒開,加鹽、味精調味,裝盤,與粉絲拌勻即可。
