  1、材料:甲魚,冬筍(50克),火腿(50克),調料:大蔥(15克),姜(10克),料酒(50克),鹽(5克),味精(3克),大蒜(10克)。

  2、将活甲魚宰殺,去内髒,焯水,去掉黑膜,剁成塊,沖水備用。姜洗淨切塊,大蒜去皮,拍成蒜泥。冬筍切片。火腿切片。

  3、将甲魚塊放入砂鍋内,加蔥白、姜塊(拍松)、料酒、筍片、火腿片,加清水淹沒甲魚,放旺火上燒開,移小火上焖2小時,去姜、蔥,加精鹽、味精調味,食用時撒上蒜泥即成。
