  1、将熟雞肉切成小丁,生菜切成碎菜,豆腐炸切粒,米飯提前用植物油泡好,辣椒剁碎,蒜米剁碎

  2、炒鍋置于火上,放入植物油燒熱,加醬油,蚝油,精鹽,然後把蒜苗,下鍋,爆香,1分鐘後,把米飯下鍋翻炒片刻,加上雞肉,慢慢焖,差不多熟就放生菜,豆腐炸,最後放辣椒和番茄醬,翻炒2分鐘,可加上生蒜頭拌飯,口味更佳。
