  1、鮑魚可以紅燒,把鮑魚清洗幹淨,蔥、姜、香菜切末備用。

  2、準備一個小碗加入生抽、少許米醋、雞粉調味備用,也可以直接用鮑魚汁。

  3、中小火爆香姜蔥末,把鮑魚放進去煎1分鐘,倒入調味汁,蓋上鍋蓋燒開,把調味汁收幹,放入香菜翻炒即可。
