青椒炒茄子的技巧

  1、原料:茄子一根、青椒半個、蒜末、鹽、味精。

  2、做法:将茄子去蒂洗淨,切成兩段後對半剖開,切十字花刀;青椒切塊備用。

  3、炒鍋置于火上,倒入适量油燒熱至六成,放入茄子炸至金黃色,瀝油後裝盤,然後把青椒也過一下油,瀝油後也放入盤中。調入鹽、味精、蒜末,入開水鍋大火蒸五分鐘即可。
