  1、雞爪清洗幹淨,去爪尖。

  2、把雞爪放入清水鍋裡,水開後煮5分鐘離火撈出雞爪,等雞爪涼後用清水沖洗。

  3、砂鍋裡放入佐料。

  4、把雞爪碼放好後,倒入清水,以沒過雞爪為準。

  5、倒入一湯匙老抽。

  6、加入适量精鹽,大火煮開後關火,鹵制幾小時後即可食用。
