  1、将面粉和成面團;

  2、将羊肉剁成細粒,胡蘿蔔、洋蔥、白菜葉切細末;

  3、羊肉末用蔥姜末、精鹽、胡椒粉、料酒、醬油攪拌,再加入香油拌勻,最後加入胡蘿蔔洋蔥白菜葉末和勻即可。

  4、将面團擀成皮包上餡;

  5、将羊肉切成小丁,把油倒入鍋中,油熱放肉丁煸炒;

  6、放入蔥姜蒜繼續煸炒,炒熟後放鹽、辣椒面、十三香,然後倒入水大火煮開後轉小火炖30分鐘,利用這段時間包餃子;

  7、開鍋後放入涼粉稍微滾一下;

  8、将煮熟的餃子乘在碗中,澆上粉湯即可,吃前澆些醋未到會更好哦。
