  1、用料:五花肉500g、糯米粉100g,五花肉切片,紅薯去皮切塊,蔥姜切碎。

  2、腌制五花肉:将500g肉片放入5ml油、10g郫縣豆瓣、10g花椒、姜、蔥、胡椒粉。

  3、加100ml水和米粉混合均勻,腌制15分鐘。

  4、蒸米粉肉:将鍋中加500ml水大火燒開,放入200g紅薯,鋪上豬肉,中火蒸1小時即可。
