  1、取大閘蟹腿肉:将蟹大腿兩頭剪開,小腿插入大腿頂出蟹腿肉。

  2、取大閘蟹鉗肉:掰下小鉗,取出大鉗肉。

  3、取大閘蟹身肉:将蟹身掰開,取出蟹胃,剪去蟹腮,将蟹身肉與蟹殼分開即可。

  4、以此吃法吃出來的蟹,雖未必能完整地拼回一隻蟹的形狀來,卻也鋪陳得條理分明,絲肉不剩。
