  1、主料:蟹味菇1小包、娃娃菜1顆。

  2、輔料:紅辣椒少許、油适量、鹽适量。

  3、 熱鍋涼油, 放入蟹味菇進去翻炒;

  4、蟹味菇微微發軟後加入娃娃菜進去翻炒;

  5、繼續翻炒直至娃娃菜微微發軟, 加入适量的鹽調味;

  6、最後加入少許紅辣椒絲, 翻炒均勻即可盛入盤中。
