  1、主料:姜20克,棗(幹)15克。輔料:赤砂糖50克。制作方法:将紅糖、大棗煎煮20分鐘後,加入生姜(切片)蓋嚴,再煎5分鐘即可。

  2、原汁紅糖50克,生姜3片,紅棗6個。做法:先将紅棗冷水下鍋,煮開以後煮個5分鐘。将姜扔進去,再煮5分鐘。起鍋以後将适量原汁紅糖加入。
