  1、将金針菇去尾部,洗幹淨備用。

  2、将肥牛片展開,金針菇從中間剪開對齊,放在肥牛片一端,将肥牛片卷起。

  3、重複以上步驟,将肥牛卷好。

  4、起油鍋,放入兩勺蚝油,一勺醬油,加少量水,放入肥牛卷,燒至肥牛變色,翻個面。

  5、等肥牛完全變色後,撒上蔥花,裝盤即可了。
