  1、準備白菜絲和豆豉、醋、味極鮮、香油、味精。

  2、把白菜切絲,裝入容器中撒鹽,過一會兒把白菜本身的水擠出。

  3、然後倒入豆豉,放入醋、味極鮮少許、香油、味精(之前白菜已經放過鹽了,就不用再放了,豆豉本身也是鹹的)。

  4、然後調拌均勻即可食用。
