  1、取大小鋼盆各一,将餡料的植物性奶油隔水加熱融化,糖粉過篩後加入,以直型打蛋器拌打至松發變白。

  2、将奶水分次加入以刮面刀拌勻;把中筋面粉和奶粉一起過篩後,加入中拌勻成面煳。

  3、将面煳裝入擠花袋中擠出長條形,即可放烤箱上層,以180℃烘烤約20分鐘,待涼即為奶酥。

  4、取大小鋼盆各一,把苦甜巧克力隔水加熱融化備用。

  5、将奶酥一端沾上巧克力,再撒上烤熟杏仁角即可。
